Tiffany Duhl got her Master’s degree in Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences from CU Boulder in 2007 and spent the next five years studying volatile organic compound emissions from vegetation at the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) in Boulder. While at NCAR, she also developed a model that simulates the timing and magnitude of pollen season for a number of allergenic vegetation species and worked extensively on mapping vegetation cover and evaluating satellite-derived vegetation cover datasets. Tiffany is interested in biosphere-atmosphere interactions and the interrelationships between climate, human activity and the ever changing-biosphere.
